Who we are

We are dedicated to upholding the cherished heritage of hound hunting in Colorado, working tirelessly to preserve this time-honored tradition for future generations to enjoy. We engage at many levels including the Colorado Parks and Wildlife Commission, state legislature, and general public to raise awareness around how and why we hunt with hounds in Colorado.

By building key relationships and educating the public we’re working towards a Colorado that cherishes the value that hound hunting provides our wildlife. Whether we’re boots on the ground or sitting under the golden dome UHC is on the frontlines of hound hunting advocacy.

A group of people, including some in uniform, are giving a presentation about animals, likely in a school gymnasium. Several animals, including dogs, a lion cub, and a llama, are present. A man in a gray T-shirt is pointing towards the audience, while others are holding or sitting near the animals. Children are sitting on the floor, watching the presentation.
